Terms & Conditions

All Terms & Conditions contained in this document represent the entirely of the agreement between the HIRER and TINA'S.

Minimum order value is €40.

1. All Equipment

1.1 - All equipment supplied to the HIRER will at all times remain the property of TINA'S.
And all equipment is supplied in prestige condition and checked for safety after and prior to each hire.
1.2 - A copy of the original manufacturer's instruction leaflet is provided with all equipment.
1.3 - The HIRER responsability - Read the instrutions that TINA'S supply with all equipment prior to its use and to follow the instructions at all times whilst using the equipment.
Take care of and ensure the safekeeping of the equipment. Use the equipment in a safe and sensible manner and in accordance with both the purpose for which it was supplied and the manufacturer's instructions.

1.4 - The HIRER must return the equipment at the agreed time and place stated above unless alternative arrangements are made and agreed during the rental period. - If any equipment gets damaged we will charge you the replacement cost of the item or the cost to repair the item, if is possible. If the item is stolen you will need to contacts us immediately – If this item was not adequately secured in a locked vehicle or home , we will charge you the replacement cost of a new item.


2. Refundable Security Deposit- 60 euros

2.1 - You can add the security deposit to your invoice at the checkout time.

2.2 - On collection or by credit card within 3/5 working days. , your deposit will be refunded to you by the same means as it was paid. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be deducted first.

2.3 - If the deposit doesn't cover all of the coasts incured by us in repairing or replacing the equipment then TINA'S- reserve the right to enquire the HIRER to pay us an additional amount to meet the costs of repair/replacement.


3. Payment Method

3.1 - The HIRER agrees to do the payment cash on the delivery or in advance of the rental period by credit card - PAY PAL.


4. Delivery & Collection-At your checkout time choose your delivery zone
4.1 - TINA'S aim to deliver across the Algarve.
We provide a delivery and collection service for your convenience, as detailed below.

Delivery charges per zone:

Zone 1-Faro airport ... €10

Zone 2 - Tavira,Olhão, Fuzeta, Moncarapacho ... €15

Zone 3 - Almancil, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Boliqueime, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Loulé town, Faro, Santa Barbara de Nexe, São bras de Alportel ... €5

Zone 4 - Albufeira,Olhos de Agua, Oura, Guia, Galé ... €6

Zone 5 - Silves, Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Armação de Pêra ... €15

Zone 6 - Alvor, Mexilhoeira Grande, Monchique, Portimão, Ferragudo ... €20

Delivery charges also include collection from the same address.


4.2 - Delivery & Collection must be agreed by both parties and will be subject to confirmation by email.

4.3 - For a prior delivery the HIRER is responsable for ensuring that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address and at time to receive the equipment.

4.4 - The orders are accepted 1 week prior to the indicated day of arrival .

4.5 - For late orders contact-us for an enquiry.


5. Cancellations

5.1 - Cancellation/ Amendment Policy: If the HIRER wishes to cancel or amend the hire agreement the HIRER is entitled to do so free of charge at any time up to 48 hours prior to the commencement date specified above.
