1.) About the price quoted ? All prices include local taxes and delivery charges.

2.) About the delivery ? We operate 7 days a week. We offer free delivery on all orders and we deliver across the Algarve.

3.) Can I have your holiday extras delivered to a different address than my own ? Yes. During the checkout process you will be asked for your delivery address. Simply change this address to the one you wish to have the delivery. Your selection will be delivered to the location you enter.

4.) Can I send some message along with the order? Yes,you may send a message along with your orders. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be printed/hand written in a Regular greeting card (free of-course) and sent along with the order.

5.) Is there a minimum order value ? Yes. The minimum order value is € 70, regardless of whether you are ordering Groceries and Hire Equipment as a Meal,or as Food Pack order.
Due to increased fuel costs we have to adhere to this policy.

6.) How do I pay ? We accept credit cards - Pay Pal or cash.

7.) What’s happens if I cancel my order ? Cancellations ? Where a booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control we try to be understanding and reasonable. If not all orders cancelled within 48 hours of a delivery date will incur a charge equal to 50% of the original order.

9.) About the guarantee ? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, service from us, we’ ll promptly make things right with a replacement or a full refund.

HIRE EQUIPMENT
10.) How far in advance do we need to reserve the equipment ? We recommend you reserve as soon as possible to make sure we have the items in stock.

11.) About the safety and cleanliness ? We understand that you only want to use good quality equipment that is in pristine condition, from leading brand named manufacturers. It is sanitised and checked for safety after and prior to each hire.

12.) What´s happens if I arrive late at night or early in the morning ? Or depart later or earlier than pickup ? Our delivery hours for this service are from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday to Monday.
When you make your order, reservation mentions your arrival and departure date /time. For example if you are staying in a Villa/Apartment, when possible we will arrange with your contact (Rental Agent, friend or family member ) to have access to the Villa/Apartment before your arrival so that everything is set up and ready to use. For late departures we can arrange a later pick-up. For early departures we will again need access to the accommodation to pick-up the hire items. Please mention this on the order form.

13.) Is there a minimum hire period ? Yes. Our minimum hire period is one week.

14.) Do you require a security deposit ? Payment will be made by credit card - PAY PAL. The invoice will list the items you wish to hire, together with the security deposit amount - € 60.
At the end of the hire period and upon satisfactory inspection of the equipment hired, we will credit the deposit amount to your credit card.
The refund will be made within 5 working days.

15.) What about batteries ? We will provide one set of batteries, if your hire requires batteries. Ifmore batteries are required. you will be responsible
for the purchase of batteries during your hire period.

16.) Can I get a reminder service for my order ?
Yes, an email reminder will automatically be sent to you 48 hours prior to the delivery of the Equipment.

GROCERIES / FOOD PACKS
15.) What are your delivery hours ? Our delivery hours for Groceries/ Food Packs service are from 8 am to 10 pm. Monday to Monday.

16.) How far in advance do I need to order ? Generally we offer next day delivery. We do however recommend placing your order several days before your delivery date.
We must have time to pick up out and prepare your groceries in order to offer the highest level of service.

17.) Can I trust your team to pick up my products and fresh foods ? Absolutely ! Our team will shop for your products and fresh food just as if they were shopping for themselves.

18.) Do you supply any other of baby food ? Yes. We supply most leading brands of baby food.

19.) Can I purchase Alcohol ? We believe in keeping our children safe and without addiction. Because of this, we will ask for ID, when delivering your purchases that may contains alcohol.

20.) What is your delivery range ? Our delivery hours for A La Carte Menu-Dinnner service are from 6pm to 10pm. Monday to Monday.

21.) What kind of food can I expect ? Our chef create delicious, freshly prepared, energy enhancing and balanced meals.

22.) How are my meals delivered - fresh or frozen ? All our meals are prepared and delivered fresh - Never frozen.
We want to be sure your food arrives at your doorstep in the same condition you would expect at your table in the restaurant.

23.) I need the food for Thursday, when I need to place my order ? We need a minimum of 24 hours notice, to prepare and deliver your order.

24.) Why does a dinner from send a meal make a great gift ? When you give a meal you are really giving your friends and relatives two gifts in one !
First you are treating them to a delicious dinner - everyone loves a great meal !
Second you are giving them the gift of time, because each meal is so quick to fix, they will have more time to spend doing the things they love.
Of course it doesn't hurt that these meals are the ultimate in convenience for you too ... no shopping, no wrapping, no wrong colours or size ... just premium gifts that everyone appreciates !
